Ingredients
  • 1-inch (2.5-cm) water (approximately 250 ml / 1 cup)
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) sea salt
  • 4 lobsters
  • Preparation
  • Bring to a boil about 1-inch (2.5-cm) of water at the bottom of a large pot and season the water with salt, adding approximately 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of sea salt per 250 ml (1 cup) of water.
  • Remove the rubber bands from the lobsters with scissors or a knife. Place the lobsters on top of each other in the pot. Cover. Count 12 minutes of cooking for 454 g (1 lb) lobsters from the time the water comes back to a boil again. For every additional 125 g (1/4 lb) add 1 minute of cooking time.
  • Serve with the Garlic Flower and Lemon Butter.
