Ingredients
  • 3 cups (750 ml) all-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cold water
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sunflower oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  • Make a well in the centre of the flour and pour in the liquids. Blend gently with a knife. Shape into a ball with your hands. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Line an 8-inch (20-cm) pie plate and add the desired filling.
