Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) whole pistachio
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
