Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb (225 g) ground turkey
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 lb (225 g) wonton wrappers
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine the turkey, fish sauce and cilantro.
  • Place 1 tsp (5 ml) of turkey filling in the centre of each wonton wrapper. Lightly moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold into a triangle. Moisten the two opposite ends and pinch together. If desired, freeze on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Once frozen, transfer to a freezer bag. The wontons will keep for 3 months in the freezer.
