Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • 11/2 cups (375 ml) icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Few drops water, if needed
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, beat egg white, icing sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer or whisk until smooth. Add water, as needed.
  • Dip cookie tops in icing or decorate cookies to your liking with a pastry bag. Allow to dry on a wire rack for approximately 4 hours at room temperature.
