  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mirin
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Drain.
