Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb (220 g) rice vermicelli
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • Cook the noodles for 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain well and place in a bowl.
  • Add the oil, vinegar and green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
