Ingredients
  • 1 package 250 g cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup (250 ml) grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
  • 1 or 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl using a fork, or in the food processor, combine all the ingredients until smooth. Spoon into ramekins. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until needed (see note).
  • Cook in the microwave oven for about 1 minute or until the dip is heated through, stirring halfway through cooking. Cook for about 2 minutes if frozen. Serve with raw vegetables, chips, croutons, or bread sticks.
