1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream

3 green onions (white part only), chopped

2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice

1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) sambal oelek, or hot pepper sauce

1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground cumin

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Salt and white pepper

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate, if necessary. Serve with blue corn chips.
