2 cups (500 ml) pink grapefruit juice, cold

• 1/4 cup (60 ml) white rum or
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) clementine vodka

In a blender, combine the grapefruit juice, rum, sugar, egg white half, and orange blossom water until frothy.

Immediately pour into four tall glasses and fill with tonic water, to taste. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
