  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar
    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) finely chopped fresh lemongrass or
    • Frozen lemongrass, chopped
  • Preparation
  • In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Simmer for about 2 minutes. Strain and refrigerate until completely chilled, about 30 minutes.
