Ingredients
  • 2 large zucchini, halved lengthwise
  • 3 cups (750 ml) Bolognese sauce
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • In a baking dish, place the zucchini, flesh side up. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the sauce over zucchini and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until the zucchini are tender.
  • Finish cooking under the broiler for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve with toasted or garlic bread.
